the biggest red flag that i see right now and you might get burned during the interview process is you sending money, usually for K-1 even though you send money you should not mention it, it could be mis-understood.... i doubt her dad's info will cause problem at the USCIS process, because this is mainly about you and if you have met your fiancee prior before filing. from now on make sure you put the correct info for her dad...

I send money all the time by W/U can that be mis-understood on a K3? After all I have a wife and a baby to take care of.

K-3 is normal because you are sending money to support your WIFE  this is actually a plus because it shows that you care about your wife and it gives your brownie points for the "bonafide Relationship"

That was my thinking as well, just had to ask .....Thanks

I met my Fiance in Bangkok & she worked at a shitty Factory making hardly anything, just enough money to live & send a little bit home to the

Family in Isan living on the Farm.

I've been sponsoring her for about 6 Months now & she's able to live with her Family in Isan, where she's very safe & I have a great peace of mind, until our very "Great Goverment" can decide on how my life is going to be spent?

If sending money to a woman you love & want to care of is a "Red Flag" The Hell with Them" I attached Paypal transactions, to my I-129 in which my Fiance has withdrawn from her Bank

Don't blame the government, blame the people that decided to profit from helping people from other countries to get the green cards, blame the people from other countries that decided to lie and cheat their way here and leave their spouses after obtaining the green card... The government is doing it's job protecting your #### from getting ripped off...
