Is this the right address to put for the vermont service center..

Premium Processing

USCIS Vermont Service Center

30 Houghton Street

St. Albans, VT 05478-2399

and also I make the 455 dollar check out to US Department of Homeland Security.. Right?

I know the info is probably on here but Im just double and triple checking I dont want to get the packet sent back for a mistake.. And if you do not state everything in the cover letter will you get a RFE? Like I have the cover letter saying birth certificate/US passport and I put my Birth Certificate and after that We put hers in her native language and then translated with her clean police records.. and paperwork stating that she is single.. Should I list every exact paper im putting in order on the Cover Letter? And is the continuation of question 18 on I-129f a requirement? I could use some advice.. Ive got everything pretty much together and about to send it out tommrow.. if anyone could reply asap that would be great

According to the USCIS site, premimum processing goes to this address:

US Postal Service and private courier deliveries:

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129F

75 Lower Welden Street

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

source: USCIS Addresses

Where did you get that address? Are you using the most current I-129F? (from the USCIS site?)

Yes, you are correct with the name the check is made out to.

No, you probably will not get an RFE if you miss writing down something you included on the cover page (but still have the required document in the package), but you should strive to make it as accurate as possible.

The continuation is if you need it - if you don't then you don't :)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I-129F's are NOT eligible for premium processing

ah i missed that - i was thinking "private" instead of reading premimum. (need more coffee)

The lower Welden street address is correct. The other is the "local office" not the VSC.

The cover letter is not a requirement, I used the sample here at VJ exactly. Her birth certificate and police record are NOT included with the I-129f, only the US citizen's birth certificate. If you can answer question 18 in the space provided, no attachment is needed.

You cannot receive premium processing, DO NOT try. If you send it to any address but the Lower Weledn address you will fall into the USCIS balck hole and may never escape.

Ok thanks! Lucky I didnt sent it out yesterday:) So I guess since I have her Birth certificate.. dont send it right cause its not required... I just thought the more info the better. Right now for evidence all we really have is 6 photos of ourselves and dated on the back.. do they need to be signed on the back also? Will this be enough or should we find some more stuff to put in there? Im in the military so im sending my orders that show me comming to Korea as part of it also.

It will not matter about her birth certificate. If it is in the package it will not hurt anything. Won't help anything either. I would say keep it for the interview as you probably have it translated also, correct? The only things you need from your fiancee at this time are a G-325a and signed letter of intent (and divorce certificate if applicable)

Yes, you should include information if you are in the military and your orders will show that you were in Korea, which ought to be at least as good as passport stamps. :) 6 photos should be fine and no, they do not need to be signed. Typically a couple photos together (I only sent one) and something to support your description of meeting (proof you were there at the time) is sufficient for the petition.

Thank you for your service! Good luck

My fiancee keeps telling me that we need to write a separate letter telling them our plan once we are in the US is this needed? and she says its under proof of relationship.. I thought photos and orders would be enough.. Maybe We could also send pictures of her with my family.

Proof of relationship is for the interview, not the petition.

For the petition you need only document meeting at least one time in the last two years. Your orders and photos will satisfy this requirement.

You need to both sign an "intent letter" that you intend to marry after she enters the USA (within 90 days) This is for the petition (I-129f) There is an excellent example on this site and we used it verbatim, changing only names.

You do not need to write anything else regarding your plans. Some consulates require a more recent "intent letter" for the interview also. If so, change the date on the originals and sign them agan before the interview.

can we both sign the same letter of intent that is the example one on here? or do I need to switch the names around and sign my own

Yes, you CAN both sign the same letter of intent. Lots of people do it, no worries.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.
