Your CRBA child counts in the household size but you do not submit an affidavit of support in their behalf. However, you DO prepare separate I-134 and supporting documentation for fiancee and her 10 year old son. In a K1/K2 case only one petition has been submitted in behalf of your fiancee. No petition was submitted in behalf of the son. Your fiancee's name will appear in item 10 on both I-134 forms. Unless you submitted a petition for somebody else prior to this fiancee, number 9 is "none".

I think that's pretty clear. USC child does not need a visa or affidavit but counts in household as would a USC child at home now.

I have sample forms for I-134 (K1/K2) with child. Email or PM me if you want a copy.

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Yes, same information for Mom's two affidavits but her household size may be different. Neither you or the CRBA child count in her household but anybody else in her household does.

CRBA baby is only your dependant, not Grandmas but your mother is co-sponsoring the same two people you are sponsoring so she provides two I-134's as well. Mom's household size is 4, consisting of herself, your younger sister, your fiancee and fiancee's son. You're household size is the same, consisting of you, your fiancee, her son and the CRBA baby.

The co-sponsor will need to do TWO affidavits also, one for your fiancee, one for the child. The child is receiving a separate visa and needs to comply with all the same requirements as your fiancee. I will email you the sample forms when I have your email address, and the co-sponsor's will be more or less the same (different support documents, of course)

Is that children to accompany the fiance or follow? Can I get a sample if the K1/K2 sample form?
