Just to update - we received the I-751 approval with decision date 5/6/2009. It took CSC 65 days to approve our case.

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010

I filed at VSC and was last touched April 16th.

How are you other March filers faring?

NOA is a Notice of Action. If you get this it means that they are working on your case and are either 1. approving, 2. sending to local office etc. we say we are touched when there is a change in your online status. This is when there is a LUD (or Last UpDated)If you log onto your caaount you will see the lud and that is the last time they either added your biometrics information.

Please correct me if I am wrong VJers

I can count how many times I check my status on line as well as my mailbox to hear from USCIS. I don't think anyone person checks his/her mailbox as often as I do daily. Am I stressing myself too much?lol!Hmm. Below is my timeline.

Vermont Service Center Transfers I-751 Petitions to Make Room for 2009 H1B Filings

From AILA InfoNet Doc. No. 09031164 (posted Mar. 11, 2009) At the Vermont Service Center liaison meeting on March 2, 2009, VSC advised that they will continue to send weekly shipments of I-751 petitions to the California Service Center through the end of March. VSC noted that to date, they have sent approximately 50,000 I-751s to CSC. VSC is also continuing to ship I-539s to CSC, which have so far included approximately 14,000 I-539s.

In addition, VSC noted it recently shipped approximately 3000 H-1B extension petitions to CSC in March 2009. While
