hey you guy i have a question, NVC giving the interview date but NVC still sending the hardcopy to us? Because we need that hardcopy for the medical exam, that's required for it. Thanks you guy

I asked them the same questions and the operator said that they had put the interview packet in the mail today but both of you,my and my husband should get an email that is scheduled to go out today as well.

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

OMg IM so happy and excited, Im really happy for everybody who got that interview date, the operator said: Wow, we just updated that infoo! And my husband said she made a comment about a lot of people calling for an interview today, hahahahaha, It's probably all of us from Visa Journey!!

04/13/09 - AVR says "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on April 10th"

04/24/09 - Got e-mail with the appointment letter

June 22 is also my interview date!

I have few questions.

the letter I got from the NVC follows:

* The ff. lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not the NVC received them.

Please note that even though the applicant may have provided the NVC with a copy of a document, the applicant is still required to bring the original to the visa interview:

DS 230 I & II - Y

Birth Certficate - O

Financial Evidence - Y

Police Certificate - O

Petitioner Birth Certificate - F

Legend:

Y - The required document has been received and accepted

O - The original document has been received and accepted as meeting post requirements.

F - This form is not necessary for this application

Do I still need to bring another original copy of DS230, Birth Certficate, Financial Evidence, Police Certificate? since we all know that they are sent to NVC during the process..

Aside from my passport, medical and 2x2 pictures to bring during the interview(including the letter they sent), any other particular docs/materials? Can i also bring our family pix(with me and my petitioner)? as supporting documents, 'Coz I was told that DNA testing is required too...
