We got approval from Moscow Embassy on April 2 and my fiance received her passports and U.S. visa on April 7. But I remember reading something about another packet that says "Do Not Open" and they take it from you at U.S. Immigration when you arrive. What's up ?

We received one large envelope that contained the passport and another large sealed envelope (which is to remain sealed and handed over to CBP upon entry/at POE).

Yeah, as others have said, we recieved two envelopes. One with the passport (with visa inside the passport) and the other which was larger that said across the opening and on other parts of the envelope really big DO NOT OPEN, ect

The envelope that says Do not open contains things that you submitted throughout the process.

If you didn't get the envelope then I would call your embassay ASAP!

Good luck!

I'll add that my experience was the same - the 'do not open' envelope should have arrived in the packet along with the passport/visa. Time for you to try and part some red tape.
