10 22 09: Visa in hand. Also my birthday.

April 4, 2009: K1 petition sent to VSC

April 7, 2009: Received by USCIS(VSC)

April 11, 2009: NOA1 hard copy received by my fiance through mail

August 24, 2009: Touched and it says that Petition for Alien Fiancee was approved dated August 23, 2009

August 25, 2009: Touched again

August 28, 2009: Received by NVC

August 29, 2009: NOA2 hardcopy received by my fiance through mail

September 1, 2009: Fiance called at NVC (Under Additional Processing)

October 01, 2009: NVC left(Praise the Lord!!)

October 15, 2009: Interview...VISA APPROVED!!!

October 21, 2009: Received text from Air21 that my Visa will be delivered soon

October 22, 2009: VISA RECEIVED!!!

GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME

wow we had some april approvals today and all of them after my no1 date, whats up with that, I hope they don't mess me around like alot of other people. But we have some good news

Congratulations on the touch Kathy...I just read about a girl in the march forum that got a touch on the 12th, no updates on the website, but she got her NOA2 in the mail today!! We all have happiness to look forward to :D

As far as my plan, well all I need is to get hired now...lol. We can all dream I guess ;)

Hopefully all of us will hear good news VERY soon.

Packet: Never received. The consulate was nice enough to send us a letter via email, along with a list of approved doctors and translators. My fiance can easily pick up the forms required when he goes for his medical and translations.

*Update 11/26/09* Medical complete! Picking up the packet was smooth and easy! One week until our interview!! Can't wait!!

Call from embassy to go pick up his passport with visa!: 12/11/09

There was 3 April filers that was approved yesterday, lets hope they give each and every one of us our noa2 this week or next, and hope none of us gets passed over. Good luck to all

Yes I was worried about that too. My papers were in by April 2 and I see some being done all around mine,Lets both hope we dont get on the long list.

It's all sporadic... Best not to worry about being passed over until they move onto May (which I don't foresee happening all that soon).

Me too. I very rarely check the USCIS website because is almost a futile action. It is rarely updated so what the heck...I'll stick to Igor's list and of course the wonderful world of VJ. hehehe

I agree, I don't give that touch much credit, because in may I filled out a form stating I have moved and I recieved a letter stating the request for a change of address and it was to be put into my file. As of this day, I have seen no touches even to put the new address into it. With all of these stories out there, I seem to worry like all the rest. Let keep praying for the best for all of us April filers.

But,it's no big deal... I have so much stuff, probably the hardest part will be sorting through all of my papers to find what they want :blink:

At least they're doing something with the application....

I'm sorry to hear that.

But at the very least, you know someone actually looked at your package! That's good news, right? And once you send back the RFE, they'll get rockin' on it.
