I think your options are limited. You can't simply refile without dealing with the issues that denied you. Listen to the other posts. Gather lots of evidence of your marriage and go and visit your wife, even if it is inconvenient and "hard to take vacation". She's your wife!

Once you have more proof of your marriage, and your wife knows those basic details about you, THEN you can refile. Until then good luck and have a good time with your wife.

my wife received a white slip after her interview. the consular think our marriage is a fraud. What can i do now??? Can i apply i-130 again or do i need to appeal. I heard if i appeal it can take up to two years. I went to a lawyer and she said i can't apply i-130 again. is that true??? some people said i can re-apply but they lawyer said i can't. I dont know which is right. Can some one please help????

hi,

you should not apply again . this is not a good solution to your case. you need to khow why the consular officer denied your visa and you should be able to rebut their findings

He can't rebut the findings because they are all true. The two choices are to give up on US immigration or file again after living a bona fide relationship.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
