Hello all, My wife finally got her visa after she received the dreaded 221g in New Delhi, India.She was on AP.The AP lasted for about 6 weeks.

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-04-25

I-130 Approved : 2008-07-09

NVC Received : 2008-07-23

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2008-07-23

Pay I-864 Bill : 2008-07-30

Receive I-864 Package : 2008-08-21

Return Completed I-864 : 2008-08-23

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2008-08-04

Receive IV Bill : 2008-08-08

Pay IV Bill : 2008-08-15

Receive Instruction Package :

Case Completed at NVC : 2008 - 11 - 21

NVC Left :

Green card received : 2009 6th May (with uscis error- entry date wrong)

2nd green card received (also with error again): 2009 27th August

went for biometrics again : 2010 12th July in USA

3rd green card received (finally the right one): 2010 19th July

Congrats!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Cngratulations!! It appears from your signature you got the request for evidence stating you will get a 221g denial if you do not return the evidence.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
