mistake on the G325a HELP

hello Im feeling awful writting this message, well heres the thing we got RFE 2weeks ago cause we forgot(our lowyer forgot) to include G325a I just sent today and I think its really awful ,

when I printed the dates were not clear at all so I did them handwritten , do you thing its a problem if dates are handwritten and the rest typed ???

I made a mistake on the address that I didn't see until now when I was typing 3 pages I wrote on them ''Rosemont'' and the other one I don't know how it was ''rose mont'' with space its now that I noticed on my computer :s do you think its a problem too

and finally our RFE expiration day is 7th april what if I do another G325a and we send it Monday is it too late ???

NO, it should be no problem as wrong as your writing is clearly legible.

I doubt that there would be an issue over a space between 'rose' and 'mont'. I would just sit tight and let them receive this version, update their records and see what happens.

STUPID LAWYERS! Do NOT use that one when you adjust status, better yet DIY.

No handwritten and typed is fine on that form. Also a space in a place name should not be an issue either.

G-325A is just a supplemental form that provides additional information not on the I-129F

I wouldn't worry, but nothing works better than a phone call. Try tomorrow since is still Friday, but don't stress!

***by the way... get your money back from your lawyer... IT'S WRITTEN ON THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU NEED THE G325a, if he is not reading he is just filling out the papers... anyone can do that!***

Handwritten is OK. I doubt anything else will be a problem

care to elaborate? The OP wrote "rosemont" on 3 pages and "rose mont" on page 4. It is not a major issue, and I doubt it will cause a problem.

thank you all for your answer, god I feel better now. And for the lawyer the g325a is nothing she actually FORGOT THE PASSPORT PICTURES AS WELL AS THE LETTER OF INTENT !!!!!! can you believe this???! If I wasnt reading this website im sure they would ve just tossed our file with garbage as nothing was complete...anyways thank you guys for your help and my fiance is gonna hear me again about the lawyer Lol

I will call tomorrow but should I ask them to transfere to a specific office or just talk to whomever answers?

We call it the misinformation line for a reason. Even if you do happen to get to talk to a real live human being, calling will likely do you no good at all... except maybe to confuse you more.

once i had my documents ready i had a lawyer on hand that i paid part for and he did nothing but complicate everything and rip me off in the 2 weeks of time i had with him. he wanted paperwork that isnt required, he wanted translations of things that arent even required at the interview level. he did not like my 1-2 phone calls a week (saying they were constantly annoying) yeah but he did like my money. in 8 hours i sat down and did the i-129f myself with no problem and sent USPS express mail which my lawyer who lives in the same city as me could not get in a week that i sent express mail with??? ya think??? immigration lawyers dont help yet they are there for more complex matters but filling out paperwork is ABC as a employment application. blah.

I suppose it depends how far away from Vermont it's being sent from, and how it's mailed. Either way, if it's mailed today (Friday) You have 10 days for it to get there (i'm including saturday mail)

plenty of time in my opinion
