Hi everyone, I was wondering how long will my husband will get his green card. It's been 11 months and we still have not gotten anything yet so now we are getting worried. please I hope that someone can help me. Thank you very much

4/10/07- I-129 Received Pkg

4/23/07- Received NOA-1

8/23/07- NOA-2

8/29/07- Left NVC

9/04/07- Received by Consulate

9/27/07- Pick up pkg 3&4

11/19/07- INTERVIEW DATE-APPROVED

11/27/07- Picks up visa

01/14/08- Leaves Nigeria

01/15/08- US Entry in New Orleans

02/02/08- Wedding Date

04/11/08- Send forms I-485 and I-765

04/13/08-Received AOS and EAD

04/18/08-NOA 1 AOS and EAD

05/07/08-BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT

03/26/09- Green Card

02/11/2011- Lift conditions file date

02/14/2011- lift conditions NOA

03/09/2011- lift conditions biometrics appointment

Was it transferred to California or is it still at NBC? If NBC, check out the processing time at your field office for I-485, if it has been transferred to CSC, it can take any length of time.

You can renew the EAD at no cost.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I totally agree with YuAndDan. In addition to that, I would call NBC @ 1-800-375-5283 & ask them

What is going on with my application ? It has been long time actually, considering that some people

who applied for AOS in October 2008 have got conditional GCs already.

In this case, bad news is "you have to wait" but good news is "there might not be interview for you".

You might get your conditional GC without an interview.

When it comes to EAD renewal while your AOS is pending.

Just make an appointment by INFOPASS at USCIS local office & explain the situation.

They will renew it for one more year.

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!
