90 days passed on monday and still no EAD.

has anyone else taken longer than 90days??? We scheduled an infopass for next week.

we have an AOS interview on April 30th and my wife would like to start working ASAP. please help.

All you can do is ask at your infopass appointment if they can contact the service center and request a decision on your application for EAD.

Good Luck with the interview next month.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

well we had our InfoPass yesterday. in and out in a half hour which was nice. But we found out, my wife was actually granted her EAD on march 5th!!!! Yet, it went back to the service center because USPS marked it UNDELIVERABLE. We checked the address, 100% correct. We live with my parents but the fact of the matter is that she's always received the government letters at our address so that shouldnt even be an issue. They are sending it out again and we should receive it in less than two weeks.

We called the post office and tore them a new you know what. thanks for the help guys, we've gone through this whole process for a year and a half and I guess if this is our only glitch, it could be worse!

Make sure her name is on the mailbox where the mail person can see it. That way mail will not be returned. Good to hear you got it sorted out.

I posted about this yesterday. Her name must be on the mailbox or USPS may return it. Same thing happened to us. It's selective, we received the biometrics appointment, but not the NOA's.

We called CIS and had them do a service request to have that redelivered. It took less than a week to get them.

I am at 130 days and still no EAD. I feel your pain! And, well like others have told me here: you have an interview date, so everything is definitely moving forward so that's good! So, even if you get the EAD, evidently they take it away at the interview... I found that out only a few days ago. Just be patient.
