:blink: I emailed CSC again. They didnt respond for a few days and then today they did only to tell me to wait another 45 days again. Sigh. I know its an automatic responce or whatever but geez!!!! I don't think Jon has heard from his senators either. I don't like to whine about it but damn its not easy!!!!

Lifting of Conditions

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)

It is so unfair that you have had to wait so long!

It must be really frustrating when they won't even give a reason for the delay.

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

Oh Cali I so hope when they fianally do contact you they whip you right through the process, chin up.

K-1 journey, AOS/EAD and ROC in my timeline

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

I'm sorry. Has he tried his congresspeople AND senators? Your case should be a top priority!

Damn, you have waited a very long time. I hope you are the first one out of the CSC pipeline. You are most deserving! Good luck.

I'm sorry. Has he tried his congresspeople AND senators? Your case should be a top priority!

Well his congressman was kicked out of office and jailed so they had to swear another one in and there was no contact info for him yet so the fiance just skipped and went to the senators.

I wish someone could just push your case through, it doesn't make any sense. Keep posting and don't worry about whining, you are just epressing frustaration at broken system. Keep the faith. I can't wait to see the party when you finally get it!!!!!

Maybe you should try your local senator next. Did your congressman say you were in extra security checks or anything? Or did they just say 60 days with no explanation?

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

I talked to my Congresswoman, she contacted CSC, they gave her the same response, but told her it could be ANOTHER 6 MONTHS, they also told her that my case was just in the regular security checks that all the other cases go through, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS, it is ridiculous, I don't even know what to think anymore. :crying:
