In my understanding the petitioner need to include his photo in the G-325A aside from his spouse.

You needed to send 4 passport size photo of beneficiary (2 photo for I-485, 2 photo for I-765; Please note G-325A of the beneficiary, I-864 and medical form are supporting docs for I-485).

If you did not file I-I30, you do not need to send a passport size photo of the beneficiary. (FYI - I-130 requiers one photo of the beneficiary and one photo of the petitioner.)

I think it is better to wait to hear something from USCIS (either rejection notice or REF for more photo) than sending additional pictures now.

In my understanding the petitioner need to include his photo in the G-325A aside from his spouse.

This is for AOS, the instructions for the I485 only request a G325A for the immigrant and photos of the immigrant. Unlike the original K1/K3 request, the immigrant is who is filing the I485, so technically they are both the petitioner and immigrant. ;) Or at least that's my interpretation, and there's no mention of sending in a G325A or photos on the AOS guide for K1's on this site.

If I'm wrong, please point out where you're getting the information or what I've misread as I'm about to send in my AOS paperwork.

I suggest, you send/enclose 2x2 photos of you and your petitioner, as many as you can, that wont hurt. For sure, you won't go wrong. Please don't get me wrong, I don't mean anything bad here, just sharing my opinion. :)

But, in my own personal understanding me and my friends ( who did the same process ), there should be 4 (2x2) photos of the benificiary/spouse and 2 (2x2) photos of the petitioner/spouse.
