See my timeline, mine took a while and I went through the exact same feelings. They'll update it soon. Just give it a little bit more time. You sent it the 9th, it probably didn't get there until the monday 12th, and may not have been openen until some time last week.

I'm sure it'll be ok. :)

My RFE was Applican's Birth Certificate. Since I got my birth certificate in English from Japanese Consel so that I had not send my birth certificate in original language. I send both and also my husband birth certificate in case.

I may check mail box... :(

My case was updated online but it didn't generate any emails.

So, I only knew because I saw I had been touched and when I looked it said they had received my info.

I also got those 3 e-mails from CRIS today saying that they received on the 15th. I know somebody had the same message, but I just couldn't find in the forum.

Anyway, what do you think they mean by this message?????

I just started reading this post and i am in the same boat with you guys!

We sent in our RFE (needed to resend tax returns and employment letters) got those same 3 e-mails and updated case status...and that was the last we heard about it since June 8th.

I'll keep you guys informed if any progress happens with it!
