As far as I know, none of us March filers got an RFE yet and hopefully never.

We got an RFE for two things:

1) My cosponsor (dad) was born in another country and I didn't know I had to provide proof that he is an American citizen (ie US passport or Naturalization papers)

2) Something about my taxes...I am pretty sure I sent everything in right the first time....but I had another copy and sent the same thing in the second time and did not encounter a problem. Our interview is July 1st...

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

I am so calling June, that will be the 3 month window when they say you have to call if something hasnt turned up yet.

Would anyone clarify this for me... my husband and I had an argument a few minutes ago because he told our friend that our interview is coming up and ofcourse that friend was telling him that ohh.. you'll need to know what your favorites are ie favorite food, favorite color, etc... I have not seen any of that while browsing through people's interview experience here in VJ. I know they ask questions pertaining to both of you but those that are on your previous application, K1 applicaiton, biographical data page, how you met, etc but none of those questions I mentioned. Does anyone know if they ask those king of questions??? Our friend of course didnt have the K1 thing nor the I-130 i think it was the CR-1 or something (not quite sure) but I hate it that my hubby doesnt believe in me and he firmly believes on what our friend is telling him.. such a pain in the a*s!!

As far as I know, you're on the right side. I think they would only ask those questions in a "dating game" or something like that  or maybe when you are called for 2nd interview if they find something weird between your relationship, you know, that kind of interview where they videotaped you. So i dont think you need to worry about knowing all those simple stuff about your husband plus you came here in K1, you're still in the stage of getting to know each other, right?
