Hello guys!!!

I am a march filer...done my biometrics last april 14...as i check my status online it appears that my I-485 is already transfered to CSC although i haven't received a mail yet from them tru postal mail...as I checked my EAD and AP it says not available yet...anybody knows what number to call except the 18003755283 coz it's only a machine talking to me...I want to talk to a representative to know the status of my EAD and AP...thank you and Good luck to everybody!!!

Call that same number again then press 1, then 2, then 3 and you will be connected to a rep.

March 11th Package sent to Chicago

March 13th Delivered per UPS

March 17th Checks cashed

March 24th received NOA for 765, 130, 485

April 1 Biometrics Done

May 5th EAD card ordered for production

May 8th EAD card ordered for production - again

May 11th Aproval Noticed put in the mail by USCIS.

May 15th EAD approval notice received - EAD card attached

July 27th Interviewed and GC will be sent in the mail.

Aug 7th GC received in the mail.

Hello guys!!!

Got our EAD in the mail yesterday. Yay!

My EAD status online reads approval notice sent on May 11, does that mean the card comes in that same envelope? thank you.

yes.. u only will recevived card attached with same approval notice.

Scheduled Oath Ceremony: On August 28th Received Email form USCIS, my oath ceremony scheduled.

Waiting for Oath Ceremony letter.

Called USCIS about oath ceremony letter :09/10/2012 (where is my oath letter)

called again USCIS about oath ceremony letter :09/13/2012 (got locaton an time on phone thanks God)

Finally received oath ceremony letter:09/19/2012(was sent on 09/17/2012)

Oathe Ceremony was on: 09/21/2012 at 8:00am (little Rock, Arkansas)

Finally I am U.S. Citizen

My wife's AP arrived today, it was approved on the 7th, we can see the EAD and AP status online now... the EAD was approved yesterday (well, it says the approval notice was sent yesterday) so we'll probably get it next week.

Congratulations!!!

I just called the USCIS while ago to check my EAD and AP, what the woman told me was my application is not yet 3-6months from the day I applied...so I have to wait that period before I can call again to follow up...

I hope can get mine soon!!! Gods will!!!

We finally just went and did our Biometrics today for I485, but since they didn't add the EAD on the notice, the guy at the office said we will have to come back and do that also. What a pain in the a**.

Yeah, I've read somewhere here in VisaJourney that they also had their EAD and AOS biometrics done in different dates, only they had their EAD biometrics first. So you'll probably receive your AOS before your EAD.

Feb 07 - met my Dream Guy

Jun 08 - arrived in the US

Jul 08 - ♥♥♥ WEDDING DAY ♥♥♥

Jul 09 - Temp GC received

Mar 12 - 10 yr GC received

Aug 13 - Naturalized

just got an email, saying EAD card production ordered. Yey!! Thank you Lord!!!!=)

march 29, 2009 sent aos, ead papers to Chicago Lockbox

april 18, 2009 transferred papers to CSC

may 5, 2009 Biometrics

may 6, 2009 EAD, AOS touched

may 12, 2009 AOS touched

may 14, 2009 EAD card production ordered.

may 19, 2009 EAD card production ordered. 2nd email.

May 20, 2009 EAD touched again. PLs come to my doorstep.

May 22, 2009 EAD Approval notice sent. Thank you Lord.

may 26, 2009 EAD received. YEY!!!

june 18, 2009 CRIS email; card production ordered.

june 18, 2009 CRIS email; Welcome notice mailed.

Good things happen to those who waits.

INCT: The cases transfered to CSC are generally being handled quickly, I don't think they are all being completed that fast after transfer, though I'm just short of having reached that 1.5 month since transfer so here's hoping! The EAD/AP is handled at the local office always as I understand it, it's not transfered so the time frame there probably fluctuates a lot more depending on the office.
