Whoops. Just realized I was calculating Out of Status wrong. We were "out of status" for just over 90 days, not 180. I was calculating from arrival date by mistake. Whoops. So looks like we're good to go.

Hi Everyone,

I see some really good news in here, and some very fast approvals.

But when I look at our status, this is what I get:

I-485 (AOS): Case received and pending

I-765 (EAD): Case received and pending

I-131 (AP) : Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online.

Should I start to worry?

And when looking at the March filers spreadsheet at...

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pFA...QRCkw0cUHUhHXMQ

...how do I get my transfer date (nothing in the mail or online)?

Thank you, Obrigado

I think it's too early for you to worry right now. You will receive a mail whether it was transferred or you'll have an interview so just be patient cos you'll gonna get it soon, I hope. Good luck!

Update:

I just received my GC in mail!!

i think my AOS journey ends here.. see you all guys in Removing Conditions!

Speeding processing to those who still waiting..

Note: i didnt received my EAD yet. but it's ok.. coz i dont need it anymore:D

Congratulations!

Goodluck on your next journey! have fun looking for job, getting a credit card, building your credit!!!

I hope you did not wait until now to get a credit card and build your credit :)

You just need a Social Security number to get a secured credit card. We went to Wells Fargo shortly after Angela got her Soc. Sec. card with her new married name, no problem.

Bank of America is just waiting for my go signal to process my secured credit card. Its not my priority right now.

I want a credit card that will give something back to me besides building my credit history.

There are other ways to build your credit even without a credit card. :)

I've also had a touch on 5/1, I don't know if there were many touches before that as I haven't been watching it on a daily basis, but considering how much activity we're seeing it's fairly promissing, I just hope I don't get an RFE (RFE = trip to civil surgeon... not local, a day off work and probably $500 in expenses). I don't know if it's worth making a big deal out of touches but if it gives ya a warm fuzzy feeling then it definitely doesn't hurt! :)

Our case touched last May 1st too. Yeah, hope to not have RFE for any reason. Puh-leeezz!

Hi

I just received the Advance Parole (I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States).

I am still unable to see something on the USCIS Case Online.

I have a question regarding the I-512L paper itself: on the right lower corner should be any stamp? I do not have any. I have that dry stamp (that type of stamp that has no ink; it just leaves marks on the paper) but it's on my picture.

Can somebody describe me how other papers are?

Thanks

Are there any risks getting in/out of US using it? I did not overstay; my I-94 expiry was March 19, 2009 and i sent the papers on March 2nd.

Thanks

Well we finally received our Biometrics appointment today. However I have a question, on the form it only lists the I485 that the appointment for, shouldn't it also list the I765 also?

We also got our AP today.

Usually, yes, you should have both AOS and EAD on the notice.
