I won a donut last night. I went in for a trail mix cookie and found out they don't have them anymore. They were just a "special" apparently. A very sad day!

Wow, I see all these people who have never won anything and I remember that I used to win free coffees and bagels and donuts pretty regularly. One good friend won one of the bicycles and another good friend won really cool camping stuff. I miss RRRRRRRRoll Up The RRRRRRRim! Maybe I can put a hint in Dunkin Donut's ear to give that a try too? Although, I did get a free coffee today on a coffee card - buy 6 and get the next one free:-).

Sure! I was born in Quebec. I used always to joke that if Quebec left Canada I would have to apply for Canadian citizenship - if I won Quebec I wouldn't have to worry anymore! :innocent:

I won of the cars once....

SIKEEEEEEEEEE.

I only ever won a couple free doughnuts and coffee. RIP OFF!

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Hubby is very excited that he will get to have Timmie's tomorrow. I am driving him and the bambino to Montreal so they can catch a flight to Vancouver. Me, not as excited about Tim Horton's because I am trying to lose weight and I am already so bummed about my little boy being gone for over a week that I am afraid I might stress eat a box of Timbits or something
