Hi all,

Just wondering what I should do, I've filled out the g-325a, and I have photocopys of tickets and boarding passes with a passport and photo of me along with the letter of intent, I have phone logs as well to send to my fiance, I'm pondering what else I would need to send her, and also what I should do from here. She has photos of us together and the petition. Any help?

When the petition is sent, make sure you fill out your timeline and what visa you guys are applying for. This is important!

Take a deep breath and begin the wait! She will send in the petition, with some of what you are sending her, and then she will get correspondence from USCIS and until she gets notice that the petition is approved, there is nothing you can do.

Welcome to VJ, and I hope your journey is speedy! (F)

For a K1 visa you also need to include a letter of intent to marry from both the petitioner & beneficiary, so you would need to include that with all paperwork you are sending her.

Good luck.

I'm going to assume you are the beneficiary?

As long as you send her your G-325 (you didn't mention passport pic), letter of intent and copies of any passport stamps and supporting evidence you have and as long as she has everything else listed in the K-1 Guide you should be good to go.

Good luck to you

Who is the petitioner? You? Are you the USC or the foreign fiance(e)? Are you filing the petition or preparing for the visa interview?

Boarding passes are both proof of meeting in person during the past two years AND when used to show multiple visits, they are evidence of a bona fide ongoing relationship. Yes, boarding passes from either or both petitioner and beneficiary are appropriate to include with the petition.
