UGHHHHH this process is so exhausting.

I wanna call Tucho but he is in so much pain.. I don't want to make him talk.

What's wrong with Hubby? Hope he feels so much better when u get that approval letter, and I just hope my comes right behind yours!!!

He has dental issues. He is getting it taken care of today. He hasn't slept in days. My poor baby. I feel like the worst wife in the world because I am not there to take care of him. I feel even worse because I don't speak spanish

I hope everyone gets approved this week so we can travel the VISA path together.

They (VSC) seem to always hand out approvals when we did that LOOOOL

Jenn, I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully he can get to the dentist and get everything straight with his dental work...painful I bet....

And yes, let's hope we can all get approve and go on the VISA path together, that would be nice.

OK , I asked my congressional office to check into my I-130 when I saw they posted the new processing times.

GOT THIS REPSONSE JUST NOW !!

A review of the computer system shows that the cases are with the adjudicating officer for processing

I don't want to get my hopes up but this has to be the light I was looking for this week.

CROSS YOUR FINGERS FOR ME !!!!

I AM REALY MAD AT HIM!!!!!

Good Luck, you should see an approval sometime this week!!! Start preparing for your documentation for NVC. I've been stuck because I have had to wait for Local PCCs and the Passport PCC.

go ahead and vent. everyday in this process feels like an eterinty sometimes, but in the grand scheme...try not to punish him too much ;)

OMG THAT IS SO EXCITINGGGGGGGG!!! :dance::dance::dance: I can imagine how hard it is to focus on work after getting such good news :) So nice to see one of the family members move forward! Congrats, Jen. Hope to give you the official congrats once you get your approval!!

So did you get this email from your congreeman's office or USCIS? I called USCIS the same day you called to put in a service request. Did you in addition to calling USCIS that day also contact your congressman office? Please :help: I would appreciate any help I can get to move our case forward! It's been 7+ mons!!

P.S. The first time I posted I had only seen the last page, I only had a short period of time to be online during my lunch. I now saw the other ones and boy was I excited! :P

Let me break it down

He has not filled 2005 or 2006 taxes

He got 2006 done now, needs to mail it in

With the 2008 taxes!

I filled out the whole AOS and emailed it to him

really all he has to do is sign it!

all the paperwork to go with it he has to copy!

and his payslips!

The employers letter he told me he requested it 3 weeks ago i find out 3 days or so ago he still has it in his hands

one that i typed up

he had to put it on a cover letter to send it in

He explains didn't know who to give it to was his explenation

I emailed the secretary of his boss to track the letter down to find out it never was send!

IV package!!!

he has everything, all he need again are copied and date my signature

and yeah make copies of both packages and mail it

He is working till 6 pm and gets u at 4 am to be at work at 5:30 am

other then that no excuses

so yeah he needs some serious feathering!!!

OHH YEAH NOW HE SAYS HE CAN"T WORK AT HOME BECAUSE HE DOESN'T FEEL LIKE DOING ANYTHING!

I HAVE YET TO DO MY TAXES FOR THIS YEAR....BUT MY QUESTION WOULD BE IF I GET ANYTHING NOW SAY TO FILL OUT THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT WHICH YEARS WOULD THEY BE LOOKING AT. PREVIOUS OR CURRENT?

I WOULD THINK LAST YEARS CAUSE DON'T U HAVE UNTIL APRIL 15TH TO GET THIS YEARS DONE?
