No problem!

Some people are leary of using Dr. Arnold.

I helped a friend and had him use her.

He just got his GC recently with no problems.

Didyou pay $30?

WOW ! Just saw Zamboanga! Del sur? Don't see many people from there. My wife was born in Kabasalan in Zamboanga del Sur. I've neverbeen there. What's it like?

She owns 20 hectares there but is afraid to go there because of rebels.

There are no strings attatched with Dr. Arnold. She is a legitimate civil surgeon who does not give people the run around. She charges a reasonable fee to do a simple service, which is to transcribe. So maybe this is why a hand of people are leary? Mybe it is hard to beleive that there is a decent doctor out there that is not trying to weasle as much money as they can out of strapped for cash people? I have no idea. Many many poeple here on visa journey including my husband have used her services and have not had one negative experience. My husband received his Green card with no problem as well as countless others.

hi 'haole', yeah i paid $30 and was delivered in my mailbox after a week.

Kabasalan is just an hour away from my little town Buug. BTW, rebels is everywhere in our country sad but it's true coz of our corrupt gov't. When i first brought my husband there to meet my family, my prayers was endless even when we were in bus. Gosh, i was pretty sca red for his life not mine coz i;m used to travel my own place. I was afraid if he'll be kidnap for ransom but praise God our entire trip was smooth. I learned a lesson from that time that once you pray, believe that it will be given without a doubt. Pls. give my regards to your wife. God Bless.

It is important to note that Dr. Arnold will not be able to fill out a completed I-693 form. The part 2 of the the I-693 form cannot be performed if you do not go to their office in Texas. If you are not in the local area this may not be the best option for you.

I was recently told at my initial interview that they could not give us the approval because the I-693 Medical form was not completed all the way. For my situation the part 2 medical examination was not filled out because my wife was not physically there for the examination. I had no way of know that the form was not completely fill out because it was sealed until my interview.

There are cases were Dr. Arnold's service would be acceptable by the USCIS. For example if you were a K-1 Visa Applicant that is now applying for a AOS, it would work out to your advantage because you would have most likely already have completed a medical examination prior to coming to the United States during the K-1 phase of your citizenship process. If this sound like your situation or case and you have had a prior medical examination done that USCIS already has on file then by all means using Dr. Arnold would be a great way to save money on a Civil Surgeon.

In my case however we went straight to the AOS package and never have the medical examination done, therefore Dr. Arnolds office left that blank on the form putting our case on hold again. In conclusion please be advised if you are processing your AOS and or have not had a medical examination done or documented by the USCIS. Please go ahead and save your money and not use Dr. Arnold. Just go ahead and use the expensive but necessary Civil Surgeon in your Local area. If anyone is lost on this email me at dj_osmo@yahoo.com I dont check Visajourney that often.

Wait, you didn't know that he only fills out the vaccination section? His mail service is to transcribe the DS-3025 (vaccination worksheet) onto an I-693. To have a medical done, you have to go to a civil surgeon in person. Why do you think he only charges $30 versus $200-400 that other doctors charge?

is there a way to have doctor arnold do the vaccine transcription, and a different doctor, in my area, do the medical exam? like sending in two forms? would that be cheaper? not working while i am doing all this is tough!

thanks in advance!
