We are saddened to hear your situation. There isn't anything you can do to try and reconcile? Maybe see someone?

With that short of a marriage you could probably get an annulment but you would have to return to your country.

Thanks everyone for all your support and prayers through this time, we had time to talk over the weekend and he agreed he acted rashly and he took some time alone to think and decided that he was wrong to act this way and that he is going to give us a year to make things better and get passed all the things that have been stressing him out, as he had said, it wasn't me, nothing i had done, or our relationship it was just him being stressed, we are doing very well now, things are back to normal so far and hopefully in a month or 2 all his worries will be less and we will be fine. thank you all so much.

Cheryl, the first year is definitely the hardest with all of the issues that come up individually and as a couple. Good for your husband for recognizing that his stress is not only because of the relationship but other factors in his life. Take it one day at a time and try to give each other the benefit of the doubt when things get strained. I know we had some pretty iffy moments our first year as well when I was wondering if we would make it. (We will celebrate our 5th anniversary this June). Marriage and living with another person is one of the most stressful changes you will ever experience in your lifetime. Good luck to the two of you and be strong.
