got 2 emails from uscis, does this mean we got approved

Does this mean we got approved and the green card is on the way. we never got any welcome letter as of yet and i thought you get a letter first.

anyways please tell me its an approval. our case was at the califonia service center.

May 21 2008 Told to return for sputum test
May 21 2008 Delbros confirmed receiving payment
