Hi, My Fiance and I are submitting our first initial step for the K1 Visa application. I have been married before, I just need to know if the divorce final judgement paper has to be certified with a court stamp on the back? or if a copy of the judgement would be enough? Does anyone know?

Also, my fiance, only had a job for less than 5 years. Do we absolutely have to list 5 years of work experience on the g325a document for him?

Anyone know?

How should the pictures be submitted ? Just attached in Envelops ? I'm taping them onto a sheet of paper and making labels of each.... does that work?

Thanks, so new at this~

Needs the court stamp indicating the divorce is on record as final.

Yes, you need to list 5 years work history, even if part of that history is "unemployed" or "student"

A copy of the judgement is enough, normally. Be prepared to present a certified, stamped copy if requested. Not likely

Pushbrk is not wrong, but it can be a COPY of the court stamp. There needs to be some indication that the divorce was finalized and registered, but it can be a photocopy.

Right. Usually what is obtained is a "certified copy of divorce decree". Then send a photocopy of that.
