Received Welcome notice 6/9 and case approval 6/13

Hi everybody!

Can someone help me before I faint!

We received a Welcome notice on 6/9 and a case approval yesterday via email for a 485.

We have not been asked for any interview date.

What does it mean?

Approved 09/26/05

EAD received 03/04/06

Greencard received 03/28/06, with no interview

Removal of Restriction - Conditional Card expires 06/08 .....

It means you got approved without an interview.

It will be a conditional green card. Not because it was issued without an interview, but because you have been married for less than 2 years.

It is the same as those people that had interview. You will have to remove conditional just like them.... in 2 years.

Yes, someone I know got appoved I751 remouve the conditional status without any interview.

We're right behind you - welcome letter 6/13 and approval 6/16. I can't believe it either. It's even more awesome because my husband doesn't even care. Once he got the work permit and could finally help with the bills he was in no rush for the green card.

Congratulations! I know it's a huge relief for me because I was dreading having to drive to Atlanta for an interview. I hate that traffic. I'm sure you probably had something about the interview process to dread too and now that won't be a problem.
