Roman where are you from? i noticed a georgia one and a louisiana one that was approved. where are the Florida ones?

I just dont understand cases such as minumule...that they receive their approval notice dated wayyyyy back...#######...

Yeah know there is some good news to the delay in receiving the snail mail approval, in that, maybe by the time we (you) actually receive the NOA2 the file will already be out of the NVC and either at or on the way to the Embassy! (Richard, the glass runneth over kind of guy)

Well at least you slept. I have been having such a tough time sleeping. I am averaging 4 to 5 hours a night.

Well i am thinking that based on mail time liz that it hasn't arrived in florida yet. that is what i am thinking because maire and me are in florida and we are the same time. so minumule was in louisiana and she received and hers was a day later then ours. i always heard that it is also based on location. the southern states usually take a little longer but don't quote me on this. that is what i heard.
