What does that mean?

On June 14, 2006, your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

I have got my case updated like that. What does that mean? :wacko:

Does that mean another NOA1? or Does that mean my case has been touched?

I checked CSC. They are still dealing with the case of Feb. 3rd, 2006. Does that mean I still need to wait at least another 5 months? :help:

I am freaking out~~ :devil:

May 12, 2006 We sent K-1 Package

May 23, 2006 We have received NOA1

June 14, 2006 Our case had been transfered to CSC

July 3, 2006 We had received for asking more evidence

July 4, 2006 We sent back right away

July 11, 2006 They had got our REF

July 12, 2006 TOUCHED

Sep 14, 2006 TOUCHED.............finally

Sep 18, 2006 Got approved.............Yes!!

Sep 28, 2006 Received NOA2

it would help if you are able to provide us your timeline so we know what is going on with your paperwork. i suspect that since you are from nebraska and a couple of peeps here have been transferred from neb to CA center, then your profile has been touched... most likely an update.

i cant say how long we all need to wait, i have submitted my petition in march and have not even been touched, however there are people here who have waited much longer. hopefully we will all hear good news soon. :)

September 7, 2006- NOA2 APPROVED!!!! ** Approved in 141 days

December 5, 2006 K-1 visa in hand

December 28, 2007 Our Wedding Day

AOS process

April 11, 2007 Sent I-485 for AOS

June 28, 2007 Interview - Green card is on its way

My timeline:

@We sent the package on May 10th.

@We got NOA1 on May 17th.

@We had received the notice that our case has been transfer to CSC on June 1st.

May 12, 2006 We sent K-1 Package

May 23, 2006 We have received NOA1

June 14, 2006 Our case had been transfered to CSC

July 3, 2006 We had received for asking more evidence

July 4, 2006 We sent back right away

July 11, 2006 They had got our REF

July 12, 2006 TOUCHED

Sep 14, 2006 TOUCHED.............finally

Sep 18, 2006 Got approved.............Yes!!

Sep 28, 2006 Received NOA2

Everyone who was transferred from NSC to CSC got an email on June 1 (more or less) when they inititated the transfer. Then, today, they sent another set of emails to say they received the transferred the petitions. So that's all this means. It's not another NOA1 - it's a transfer notice. Don't go by their current processing dates. They mean nothing.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

i agree with kitkat. :) they like posting dates like that so you wont expect much... and it makes them seem more efficient if you got your NOA2 sooner than they project it to come out...

So...that means....it's not a touched??? :crying:

It IS a touch - but it only reflects that they received the file from NSC. A touch nonetheless!
