Got My Premanent Resident card today...I didn't have an interview at all and have been working for 3 weeks now since I got my EAD early. I don't have my passport stamped yet. I can't take time off to go get it stamped either.

Congrats!!

I've been checking the mail everyday now for any sign of USCIS mail. I'm a little worried because both her AP & EAD were approved on the same day, but

one took an extra week to arrive. I wonder if our mail is getting sucked into some sort of USPS "black hole" along the way. We and Yves seem to be the only

ones in our "block" on the spreadsheet who haven't received any interview notice. The rest of ya'll seem to have moved along nicely.

We're in the same boat.I dont know what happen to my AOS,no transfer notice, can't view it online either,no interview letter....as of now im just concentrating to pass the written and road test exam for my Texas Driver's License.

So the good news is that my case is finally online.. It is not much but at least something to cheer me up after all the (&*#^& USCIS is putting me through.

I mailed in my RFE stuff yesterday and I was wondering if my EAD is going to get held up even though the RFE was for the I485.

Hello Cino and the Gang!

We had our AOS today and we passed ! It really was a "walk in the park" as someone mentioned to me.

The woman was very pleasant. She was an Asian woman, all smiles, did not ask for any evidence, no questions about our relationship. Just made us swear to tell the truth. She asked my Husband all the questions from the checklist off the I485 form or I864 (not sure which one had the questions) regarding, whether you've ever commited a crime, Have you ever used drugs, Are you planning to spy on the US government etc. etc. She asked a question regarding the filing status on my 1040's. She asked Hubby where he lives and that was it!!!!! She said we should expect the card in the mail within 7-10 days.

Wow! I was pacing the floor all night and she did not even look at 1 piece of documentation besides our ID's.

No worries to those with upcoming interviews!!!!

Congrats!

Quick question, she is heading home to take care of things for a few days, so should we be worried about an interview letter while she is gone? Its now 5/1 and no letter yet.

She'll be gone for like 10 days, so I figure if it hasn't come by now, then she need not worry till she returns because the interview (if there is one) wouldn't be until later...right?
