In accordance with the instructions to the form... It is sent to the service center where your pending I-130 is currently at.

YMMV

Yes, California but IMO, it would be supremely foolish to file an I-129F for spouse 8 months after filing an I-130.

Thank you for you replies.

The reason I am sending this I-129F now is because I found an error in I-130 for wife's place of birth. I called USCIS and they said send a letter expaling this error and Birth certificate whcih shows correct place of birth which I sent today but I dont know how long they will delay now so just for backup I wanted to send I-129F.

If that is the issue, filing the 129f is totally unecessary. you will only delay your approval. My advise is send your corrections and be glad you are filing a CR1 through CSC yaay :star:

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

My advice stands. You'd be a fool to file an I-129F at this point. Send the letter as instructed.
