My wife just got the email below so hopefully we will get the cards next week.

Receipt Number: MSC**********

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered

On January 30, 2009, we ordered production of your new card.

Also, for those of you who have lost or never received (like us) the NOA2 for the K1, it appears that this didn't cause us any problems. I just included the email approval of the NOA2 and wrote a letter explaining that we never got a hard copy and I included it in the AOS application.

I also forgot to mention that we waithed 3 years and 9 months to file for AOS so if any of you K1 applicants are worried about rushing to file don't worry too much. At our interview we were not even asked why we waited so long. FYI, we just had one thing after another happen over those almost four years and money was tight so we just kept delaying and delaying but we are soooooo happy it is over for now.
