well i just got over throwing up yesterday, ick..Dylan had it all weekend and passed it on to me......so i ate hardly anything yesterday....feeling a little better today

not nervous, more excited :D

i've been reading about baby weight estimate and actually birth weight, and even with an u/s it can be a huge difference. like they estimated 6.5 and it's born with 9, or estimate 8.5 and be born 6. and that's with an u/s that can estimate way better than touching.

so my obgyn touching my belly means nothing.

i'm feeling much better ...just a little weak from lack of food yesterday i guess......i cant believe my c-section is schedled for May 11th, i am nervous abot the surgery but excited!

SOFIA IS HOME!!! :dance::dance::dance:

I can't believe it!!! yesterday th dorctor told us thta we can take the baby home today, she is fine and right now she is peacefully sleeping in her crib. Last night I spent hours wih my mom finishing with the decoration of her area, it looks really beutiful full of moons and stars, I hope she likes them, just like mommy. Last night I couldn't sleep, I was so excited and when they gave us the baby at the hospital I was in heaven.

I went to with my mom to Manhattan, to my job, to pick up some stuff from my desk and my friends (co-workers) gave me tons of gifts from the surprise baby shower that they were planning for me and never happened (I miss two baby showers :crying: ).

Well girls, now I finally feel like a mommy,I hated to go to the hospital every day, twice a day and have to leave without my baby but she is finally home :star: .

Gotta go, is lunch time...

Well...we've been dealing with TWO sick babies! Aye aye aye! Luckily I am on vacation this week. I ended up taking Zak to the pediatricians because he coughed up/ spat up brown stuff Monday night. They think it was just from his nose and that he will be ok. The babies aren't three months old yet so I was told to be careful. We are giving them lots of saline spray and hugs!

Vi-Congrats on bringing Sofia home!!! :thumbs: I am sure it must have been very hard to leave her everyday! :( I had friends who went through that for a couple weeks, so hard.

I had the throwing up virus thing and wow it must be a million times harder while pregnant!! :( But good that you're getting better!! :)

Congratulations Vi and welcome home Sofia. I'm so happy for you. I can only imagine how hard it must be to leave your baby at the NICU. Glad to see that she is strong enough to come home.

@Twila: All the best for your little ones. I hope they get to feel better soon. Allie was sick when she was 2 weeks old thanks to Mr. Germbag (Adam). Both are sick all the time, it's not fun since there is snot EVERYWHERE :lol: .

@Chrissy: Yay for the sleepywrap. That was quick. Soon, you'll be able to try it out.

Twila, double the fun, double the trouble with twins but you will be fine. I think when our babies are sick it stresses us out more because we feel so helpless and unable to help them :(

Nessa, take care and get plenty of rest! Baby will be here before you know it.

I can't believe Sofia is finally coming home! I hae to admit I am glad Henry's stay in NICU was short, I'm not sure I would have coped as well as you did!

I've not tried the sleepywraps, I picked up a 2 pack of swaddlers from Target which seem to work for Mr Henry right now.
