How long to wait for NOA1?

Hi all, today was the 8th day that I have sent I130. The check hasn't been deposited yet. How long should I wait? and how should I track that? I have sent it with overnight mail but what phone number should I contact?

ps) the beginning wasn't so smooth! hope the rest becomes better.

Ours took a month, but not everyone is the same. Most people get a notice within days. A lot of the people that filed at the same time that we did had to wait several weeks. I dunno what they base it on, but apparently it's not a set date for everyone. Don't worry though.... it'll come sweetie.

Mine took 11 days to get by mail.

I think you'll get it soon.

If you think NOA1 is taking a long time....just wait for NOA2. I'm still wating!

It could take up to a month, calm down because this is a long journey and is all about being patient. I'm sure that you can track you over night package to make sure they got it. Good luck!
