Hi OBX,

I have a doubt, I hope you can help me, please....AVR told me that my DS3032 and OAS were generated and told me that I should send it to SAN LUIS MISSOURI....BUT on Ling Che shorcut it gives another place...Im so confused..help !!!!!

I emailed the DS-3032 to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov and sent the hard copy to:

NATIONAL VISA CENTER

ATTN: ACL

32 ROCHESTER AVE.

PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801

We are planning on paying the AOS fee online as soon as we get the IIN so I can't help with that address. I would suggest waiting for the hard copy in the mail and that should make things more clear.

Anyone else know?

Hey OBX,

Would you please update the spreadsheet again! Our AOS says "PAID" today and my husband is going to send out the I-864. I am not sure if people want to see how long it takes for that step... if so, do we need to add another column? What do you think? I don't need it and it is more work for you... but others may want to estimate the time frame it takes? (ie. we paid online on Jan 31, 2009 and it changed to say "PAID" today on Feb 3, 2009 and we were able to print the cover letter today) Thanks so much for keeping it up to date!!!

For anyone asking about the addresses for the I-864 - the AOS cover page you print from the site has your barcode, case number, name and the address where you have to send it. It's the 32 Rochester Ave, Portsmouth address again, but ATTN: CMR AOS

Done

I thought about adding columns to indicate when the fees were "PAID" and when the AOS/IV packages had been accepted. But then I thought that it would make the sheet too bulky. I think we can keep each other updated through our posts.

Did you have any difficulty printing the cover sheet? I am thinking of paying the fee through my computer (with my husband's bank info) and then he will print the coversheet from his computer in the US once piad. Is that reasonable?

hi everyone, the AOS package was delivered today , we r doing our best to get through it all by the end of this week, so we would be able to be ready for the next week round of interview scheduling,

For OBX yes it is doable cz at the end they will ask u if u want to forward the cover sheet to another email other than urs so u can send it to urs hansband and he can print it,

Do u think we should write our case number on all the documents of the DS230 package too??

Plz pray for us and may allah bless u all and help u get through all this as soon as possible. take care

Thanks for the info.

I asked about writing on documents in another post and the general answer was not on the originals but on the copies if you want. I did not write the case number on any sheets except pages I had to add for additional info that would not fit in the space provided on the forms.

Are you stapling your sheets together or using a clip?

Thanks for updating OBX!! You're great for doing the spreadsheet for us!!

I read somewhere that you shouldn't bother stapling the pages since the people processing have some kind of a folder and way of organizing all the different components of your case in a specific order... they remove the staples or paper clips and do it their way anyhow and someone joked that you better not piss them off by stapling and giving them more work to do. I just read it on a forum a long time ago - not sure if it matters. At least paper clips make me feel confident that all my forms/supporting documents might stay together until they reach the person processing!

As WHsoulmates said, the printing of the cover page was very easy and straight forward and you can also save or email a PDF. No worries. :goofy:

As for the case number, others have said to put it uper right hand corner of every page - if you don't want to mark originals some people have put those small little post-it-notes on them. This just depends how picky you are. I figure I will since I don't want to take any chances & it only takes another second! :energy:

Hope you hear something soon OBX, and everyone else too! :clock:

Everyone keep us up to date and don't forget to fill in timelines on VJ too!

That's good to know. I did use paper clips but will get my husband to put post-it-notes on the originals of the certificates.

I see from another thread that your DS3032 email has just been acknowledged. If it is taking about 1 week I think that my hard copy will be accepted before the email.

So nice to see everyone moving along - you might get a completion before the end of next week. Good luck

My husband has not received the hard copy of AOS bill yet (2/3/2009). As of NVC it was generated on 28th January... But it is almost a week but yet not received... We are concerned about the fact that if it is lost somehow, we are out of the game, as we inquired with NVC that if we somehow don't get it, what would happen..they asked us to call after 4 weeks...

Please pray for us...I believe my IV bill will generated by tomorrow or day after...My part is done, but becuz of NY's postal department we are having tough time.

Thanks...

Sonia
