I would like to go straight to my question. I went for an interview last month and they told me they would get back to us in two weeks. To our dismay they sent a denial letter with no explanation to why they denied my petiton. They gave me 60 days to live. My question is can I appeal the ruling?.

Do you mean leave?

Otherwise, I'd say this isn't an immigration question and you've made your last death sentence appeal to the Supreme Court and you've got 60 days to come up with a really good dinner menu.
