First and foremost - woooooooo hoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!!!! Go VSC!!! (Or rather - let's keep going VSC!!!)

Second, I posted a topic about my case, with the same sent and NOA1 dates at VSC, earlier tonight, but no one has responded yet :crying: and I think it's kind of interesting and related to all VSC people, here's what I wrote earlier:

My lawyer had an INFOPASS meeting today regarding my case, and here below is the email she sent me. On a separate but related note, I've only had Online Case Status for a week or so (it took USCIS 4 months to get me on their online case status system), and when I just checked it now reads "Last Updated 1/14/2009" - is that a touch? Otherwise, no NOA2, but we're keeping our fingers crossed. Any thoughts? Best to all as always. Also, does anyone know what "work flow" means? The email from my lawyer today:

I have some encouraging news. When I checked your file today the officer told me that there had been a lot of activity on it on the last few days and today it has been designated as “work flow”. This could mean one of two things –they are getting ready to approve it or they are transferring to California (VSC has been a bit overwhelmed with these types of petitions in the last few months. As a result, they are transferring some of them to California). The Officer I spoke to did not have access to anymore specific information. I will keep my eye on it and will make an appoint in another three weeks if we don’t hear anything.

if they prepare to transfer some cases to CSC.. I wonder what kind of visas will they send?? Because I read one topic that VSC sent to CSC IR1/CR1 Visas .. and nothing about k1... was someone's case ( K1) sent to CSC from VSC???
