Definitely pay any fee bills online if you can! We did and it was 'accepted' the exact same day! Now waiting for the I-864 to be generated. Hopefully the rest of the process will go quickly! :)

Hi Moosker, Once your I-864 fee bill generated, your I-864 also generated too, you can now print the barcode coversheet from the website that you paid the bill. You can actually send them the I-864 package now since you already paid for I-864 fee and it is already shows paid or you can wait to pay IV fee bill when it is generated so that you can send both of the package together. That is what I am doing.

You can send out I-864 package as soon as it shows "PAID"

The same thing for DS-230. As soon as it says "PAID" you can send it out as well.

As soon as the invoice has been generated online, you can make the payment.

I'm here, waiting for my fee bills to show as paid, and waiting for the birth certificate to arrive in the mail :) But as I'm filling out the I 864 (I have joing sponsor too) but I just don't know what to put for the line 23 as annual income. Last year I was a student until June and then I went to Jordan, got home in Sept, and Started working in Oct. From Oct 20 til year end I made only $5940. But I'm an hourly employee only assured of 50 hrs biweekly, but I've been working full time hours with bonuses and incentives. So my weekly pay is making me out to earn about 28,000 in 12 months... however that's not what I'm guaranteed. So I have no idea what to put..... HELP!

Peace,

Mariah

PS. when I called NVC today they told me that I have to send the original birth cert for DH but I can send a scanned copy of his PCC. It's so ridiculous that they want to handle the original documents.....

Excellent! I sent out the I-864 package today! Woo hoo! :)

MsMariah - I would put down what your annual income "should be". I'm guessing that's what the expect. They'll see in the past years you haven't made that amount. But....be sure to enclose at least 3 months of your pay stubs from your current position, as well as a letter from your employer. That way you can prove you're able to support your hubby!

I hope that made sense!

Good luck

I finally got my NOA2 hardcopy for I-130 and I-129F... now I will a week up to 2 and see if the papers in the NVC and starts my procedures... I have seen that it takes 2 weeks or so before the NVC scanned the paperwork and issued me the request for D3032 which is ready to be send.

Carlos & Jocel - give it a few days for your case to be put into the NVC system. Then about a week for the DS-3032 to be 'generated'. Definitely email and mail it in! This process is really fast so be ready with all the papers and whatnot that the NVC Wiki guide recommends. :)

I just called NVC and when i pressed to talk to an operator, it said NVC is closed. Isn't the operator usually work until midnight? Or is it a holiday or something? Anyone got the same thing?

Mommy,,,I just called NVC and I got the same thing, the NVC is closed. Maybe they closed the phone lines for a little while becuase they are getting too many phone calls. I would try again later. I do not see why they would be closed as I am not aware of any holiday.
