Jan.23,2010- Biometrics Appt.received in the mail dated Jan.14,2010

Feb. 1, 2010- Biometrics appointment at 8a.m.

I wondered about this too. It would suck if I got an RFE after all this time! RFE = on to plan B!

PS-Maybe I didn't get approved last week because I didn't do the NO touch NO approval thread...so now I go back to my superstitions. Whatever you ask VSC, they do the opposite!

So please, please, please...DON'T approve me!!!

Hi all! I'm lucky enough to be visiting my husband in Tunisia right now but had to drag him to internet cafe to check our K3 status ...and nothing yet :crying:

I was really hoping for some good news while we were together but the wait continues. Oh well at least we are having a wonderful time together.

As of today 209 days - I130 and 150 days - I129F

VSC pisses me off. Im tiredddddd of calling them everydayyy all dayyyy

I know you all were thinking it would be sometime this week, but no...our petition was not even assigned to anyone yet.

it seems that we r in the same situation, im loosing my mind , trying to figure out wt we did wrong to deserve this , we see everyone arround us getting approved but us , we waited and waited for more than 8months some of us waited for more than 9 months , and no answer yet , why , why how unfair is it ????
