Vova and I were approved (NOA2) as of today!! I'm SOOO excited! Now I can start planning my next trip to Ukraine. I'll definitely be coming here in the future for advice about the embassy & paperwork!

Congratulations! I would go ahead and download the packet 3 from the website. Many people (including Alla) never got her packet 3 and you may be able to call and get an interview as soon as the consulate gets the visa (allow about 3-4 weeks). He can get his police certificate now, and go for the medical as soon as you have your KEV number. You will receive your KEV number in about a week. Good luck.

Let us know if we can help you with anything :) wait till you receive your NVC letter and then you can download the packet and start working on it. You can tell Vova to go get his Police clearafication already cause that takes a little longer to get than the rest of the paperwork in Packet 3 :)
