When i sent my I-129F in, i did very little research and knew nothing of VJ; however, i've since become more educated in what i should have done. the mistakes in my package i have identified are:

1. Only included a letter of intent from myself (USC)

2. Sent in signed and faxed G325A from foreign SO

What do you think?

Did you send the USCIS any money, they always want money.

Think if you are an USC and if you are in the USA, you are doing fine. But if you are trying to bring somebody here from a foreign country, should state that.

This is a poll and is moved to polls.

If you want an answer from K-1 (minus the poll), post in the K-1 Topic.

If you want a poll. General Polls topic (where this poll is headed).

If you want answers all over the map, post here in OT without the poll.

Either way, all the best to you.

As an aside, your issues are very minor and may get you a request for evidence (RFE). Maybe not. Depends on the mood of the adjudicator handling your case.

I'll say 89% likely (as fax-printout is not same as handwriting; the missing letter-of-intent from Byelarussian fiancé is likely to be a red-flag).

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Your mistakes are minor and common. Just a small delay is all.

I'd say likely, but it'll help if you have the missing documents ready to send in case the RFE shows up in your mailbox. Good luck and hope you don't get one
