Hello all today marks the end of my journey here. I found out that my Fiancée has been cheating on me for months now. Nice Christmas persent huh. Her plan was to divorce me after 2 years and bring her new boyfriend to the states. Well glad I found out before it was too late. My letter of cancellation is in the mail today.. Anyways I want to thank all of you for your help and want to wish all of you the best of luck and a fast speedy approval. Who knows maybe I’ll be back someday. Take care and good luck. I'm not sure how to delete my timeline so it doesn't affect anyone else. If someone could let me know that would be great. Mike

How did you find out?? hearsay?? Or did she come clean and honest??

august 2004 I-129 filed (neb)

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

If you haven't already it's a good idea to have the cancellation letter notarized.

My first time around I ended up with a scammer also. She was stupid enough to give me her yahoo password.

She didn't know there were message archives!!!

Second time a couple years later so far has worked out GREAT.

Well it started by seeing some photo's on Friendster, then I actually started talking to her new boyfriend, and he showed me her on webcam when I was chatting with him.. (she was sleeping)

She was lying to him about me also...

07/06/10-they received my application forms

07/13/10-received notice receipt(gc extended for one year)

07/28/10-received biometric appointment

09/23/10 GC approved!!!

9/26/20 Gota pproval notice

10/01/10 GC receivedd

03/27/09 : Driver's License issued

Removing Condition

04/03/10 : mailed to Vermont

04/08/10 : NOA1 & 1 yr extension

05/20/10 : Biometrics Appt.

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

Glad you found out now than later... damn I seen and heard that before that people will married someone and have already planned to divorce their spouse just to bring someone with the. SORRY but I wish you luck in the fututre!
