Ok guys i need help ASAP. I filed 1-129F for my fiance on August 2008 in Vermont. They send me the receipt that they got my application and its been almost 5 months and i haven't got anything else. I call USCIS almost every week and the don't even help. The thing is that i am living for overseas this monday to visit my fiance. When i send the application i didn't send them any pictures. Can anyone please help me and tell me what kinds of paper does the immigration usually require. Since i'm going in there i do want to get all the papers with me so i can have them ready. I would appreciate any help that i can get.

Click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here. Pictures are not required beyond the passport pictures mentioned in the I-129F instructions. You sent those, right?

Have your fiancee get at least a couple Certified BCs. Take LOTS of pictures with you, fiancee and you, her and her family. Keep all records of your trip. You'll/she'll need evidence of bons fide relationship then.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If you don't plan on seeing your fiance again before the interview consider taking copies of call logs, chats (if they are unable to print them), and leave a copy of your passport with stamps, ticket stubs, LEAVE a PAPER TRAIL! take pictures together and together with family members if possible. make lots of proof you were there. And make sure to leave the proof there with your fiance so that they can use it for proof of relationship for the interview.

Everything you need to know is in the guides at the top of the page. Its not unusual you haven't heard anything yet since your NOA1. We are seeing August apps. being approved daily. Good Luck!
