Sorry. No sympathy for potential cures for cancer and the like if they are undocumented. [sarcasm off]

Interesting drive. Perhaps it would be better structured if it was a program to give status to foreigners with educational potential and as a side note, handle on a case by case basis those that are here already that have measurable potential (grades, standardized exams, etc). Not all illegals are day laborers.
