Hi guys hope everyone is doing well

My question is do i have to wait on an adjudicator to review my AOS packet before i get a biometrics appointment letter, I ask because i really need my EAD . Thanks in advance for ur replies :)

07.28.07---------- Met Mr Jeffs

07.28.08 --------- Married Mr Jeffs

11.13.08 --------- Mailed AOS to Chicago

12.01.08 --------- Checks Cashed

12.08.08 --------- Received NOA1

12.11.08 --------- Received Biometrics

12.12.08 --------- Bio done

03.27.09 --------- Received EAD and AP

04.07.09 --------- Received Interview Letter

05.19.09 --------- Interview

05.21.09 --------- Card Production Ordered

05.26.09 --------- Welcome Letter Received

Timeline

Biometrics is normally scheduled about 4 weeks after your AOS packet is received. You need to have your biometrics done so that your EAD and AOS can be processed.

They have to start reviewing your application yes, if only to make sure you have all the forms that they need to get your application started.

There is nothing you can do to fasten the process at this point. As much as you want your EAD all you can do right now is wait.

If you have nothing 90 days after their received the application, then you can let them know.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship

I went home yesterday and received my bio appt letter it said the 12/19/2008,Guess what i wasted no time i woke up this morning and went straight to the ASC and they took my prints they did not ask me any questions i just went inside and told the security guard that my notice said the 19th but i was told i can get it done before and he said sure no problem. So thats done :thumbs::thumbs:

Wow... I'm in Miami too... maybe I should consider going in early. How long was that wait?
