I do find it a bit ironic about who are getting offered these positions. I am not sure what real change can happen from typical DC politics if he is posting people to positions that will just get current attempts done by Democrats done even faster, that's not change LOL. Also it makes you realize Obama needs these experienced people from DC even if he pretended many of them were doing it all wrong. Hillary was an insider, who he wanted to change from, and now she may be the Sec of State? Interesting. Those who really like him will just say he's not perfect or change doesn't happen over night. Of course we all know that, but is he willing to totally change the image of what he was going to do?

All I'm saying is that he should be held to account - in terms of the expectations people have from the office of the president and the promises he himself has made. Naturally that will become more apparent when he takes office and we see the sorts of decisions that are made.

I do not believe that government can uphold its PR coverage of "caring for the people".

Do you have any idea what the DJIA was a year ago? On October 11, 2007 the DJIA hit a day high of 14,280 points (Thank you Bush)...The day Obama got elected the DJIA closed at 9,625....It is 8,000 right now!!

Try to remember why we are in this economic free fall...Predatory Lending from the democrats in the 90s....They insisted on giving anyone and everyone a mortgage....Millions of people defaulted......Millions of foreclosures.....Home prices crash....Banks are stuck with billions and billions and billions in debt....

Also remember that on the day BEFORE he got elected the DJIA was in the crapper. As a matter of fact, according to the Crawford village idiot, our economy was fine in March. Much bigger picture than what you paint.
