CSC fax number?

Hey there everyone!

I've been try to fax my expedite proofs to CSC all day long from my office in Italy...001 949 389 3441...it doesn't get trought...I was just wondering if it ever happened to u or if its normal?!? I really don't know what to do, they won't let my fiance use fax machines in Iraq for security reasons...Thank your help!!!

where are you trying to fax from? If inside the USA drop the leading 00 and try 1-949-389-3441

where are you trying to fax from? If inside the USA drop the leading 00 and try 1-949-389-3441

See bold above. I'm not sure what you mean by "doesn't get through". What kind of error are you getting? Are you sure you're dialing correctly for such a call from your system?

See bold above. I'm not sure what you mean by "doesn't get through". What kind of error are you getting? Are you sure you're dialing correctly for such a call from your system?

I'm faxing it from Italy...I'm the beneficiary and my fiance asked me to fax them for him since at his base in Iraq they don't have fax machines...it basicly sounds like free but the fax doesn't go and it the end the line just get disconected..I even tought that maybe their fax machine is off because we usually don't have any problems to fax documents from my office to any number around the world...I even tought to call USCIS myself but i don't know if I can since I'm just the beneficiary!

So maybe they are having problems with the line...cuz it doesn't sound possible to me that they disactivate international fax service...Thank you for trying Payxibka!!!

Did you get your expedite letter? Congrats if so! Still waiting here :S Try calling the number from an office phone. If you get the beep and screech sounds the line is open to receive. If not, there's something else going on, make sure you've got the right number

No but we called them and they say they sent us the email (we never got it!!) and that we need to send the fax...THe number ( 949 389 3441) is the expedite line... u may wanna try to send them a fax too!

so, here an update...we tryed to send the fax today too but it didn't work...so we called but we couldn't speak to anybody so we're gussing they are closed for Veterans day and probably the fax is off ...lets see what is going to happen tommorow!!! Eric f...did u try to send the fax?!

I sent the fax a little while back (mid October) as well as sent a copy of my documents by post. I haven't heard anything yet and since my petition is nearing approval hopefully, (First part of Dec.) I'm not going to pursue this expedite. It's turned into more headache than it's worth to shave a month off my processing. I'm guessing they haven't looked into it because I don't have a copy of the letter to initiate the request, but so far as I know it was never put out to me (email, post, etc.) and I mentioned that in my cover letter I sent, even though my evidence was more than adequate.

What do you mean for "a copy of the letter to initiate the request" ? Maybe they know that you're near to be approved soon anyways so they don't think the expedite will speed it up a lot? You didn't have a touched since then neither?

Oh btw the fax worked tonight...I sent it like 10 minutes ago....at this point I really think they turn it off during the hours they are closed!

No, hasn't been touched since the 15th of October or so. They said that a copy of the email needs to be included, but when I spoke with them, they said that I could send everything in and it should be fine. Too much conflicting info
