Thank you map1map. I hope yours will arrive soon too. Even though I got the Green Card I still didn't get any CRIS emails or any updates from the online status Now I can finally focus on working Got a job last week as a cashier in Walmart.

I got the email with the card production ordered as of May 1st. :dance: :dance:

The status of I485 changed, but the I130 is still pending:)) both with a touch on My 5th.

CONGRATS to everyone getting their approvals and green cards!!!!

I am seriously going to be the last one of this November filers to get her greencard... . We received our 3rd RFE last week. This is soooo frustrating. The lady at the interview told us everything looked good and she explained me about the removing the conditions in 2 years, yet we keep on getting RFE's. I really hope after this one we will get some good news so we can finally close this chapter.

I am seriously going to be the last one of this November filers to get her greencard... . We received our 3rd RFE last week. This is soooo frustrating. The lady at the interview told us everything looked good and she explained me about the removing the conditions in 2 years, yet we keep on getting RFE's. I really hope after this one we will get some good news so we can finally close this chapter.

I guess we were lucky with the officer we got. He did not ask for anything: no most recent taxes, no letter of employment, he was satisfied with about 6 pictures, 1 month of joint account statements, health insurance and phone plan with both of our numbers. Plus us, comfortable with each other like a pair of old shoes:)

Rob had his 2nd medical today, we were in and out in like 30 mins and most of that was sitting in the waiting room for the doctor to call him in. He got blood taken and the TB test and that was it, then we go back on Thursday evening to get the TB test read and get the results of the blood tests back to see if he needs anymore injections. All that for $250 plus extra if he needs anymore shots or an xray

I sure hope his skin reaction to TB is small or not existing at all, cause otherwise, he will most likely be put on treatment (this will not at all affect his immigration status). If he needs an Xray, and he has life insurance, or is on your life insurance, discuss with the doctor so that the insurance covers the cost of the chest xray. It seems that for immigration purposes, medical exams and treatment are not covered by insurance. Some of the shoots can be covered with insurance, as health preventive measures. The doctor must know about it. You'll be fine!

So was our officer, I mean we have 2 kids together. She didn't even want to see our photos. She said everything looks good. But it's little administrative errors that keep popping up that is making it so long for us to get the GC.

I am sooooooooooooooooooo excited right now!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't sleep at all so, I decided to check USCIS. This is what I found...

I wish I had mine too but unfortunately my case hasn't been touch since after my biometrics, it was transfered to CSC last December but until now, haven't heard from USCIS yet, my case is still in limbo.

There are some that were transferred in December that just got approved last month. The only thing predictable about USCIS is their inconsistency.

mine hasnt even been transferred to csc, nothing at all to report.

All went well, Rob had no reaction to the TB test so no xray needed.

Only thing that bugs me now is yesterday we sent off the RFE sheet we were given at interview along with the sealed envelope for the medical and I put in the affidavit from my mom saying we live with her and pay rent (which i inadvertently forgot to bring to the interview). Put everything in an Express Mail envelope and the lady at the PO said it would be the same price for next day (Saturday) delivery as for Monday delivery with signature required, so I said Saturday sounded good. I thought maybe someone might be there today since some offices are opened on Saturdays (Rob had his biometrics on a Saturday).

I just entered the tracking # and this is what I see:

Like I said...I thought someone might be there today, but highly doubtful anyone is going to be there before 9AM on a Saturday.

I hope they are able to re-deliver on Monday with no problems. If I get that envelope back I am going to be pretty angry
