The electoral college does not act autonomously. It is to reflect the will of the voters and has traditionally done so.
OK (:

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

You can always vote for a write-in candidate.
I could win the lottery too.

I drove to the early voting place yesterday. There is only one in this area of my county. I saw a long line out the door so I left. I wasn't expecting that here. I am tempted to wait until Nov 4th because then there will be like 40 precincts open in this area compared to only one early voting place and I can go at an obscure time.

maybe this time they'll figure out how to stop hanging chads.

I thought they got rid of the butterfly ballots years ago?

they'll have a new excuse this time then.

They who?

we're talking about florida voters, steven. stay with me.

The butterfly ballots were asinine. Whoever designed them should be hung by his nads.

What kind of moron would design a ballot like this?

Voterseyeview.jpg

That's not what the ballot in my county looked like.

That was from 2000 general election. Did you vote electronically this year?

Nope, they brought back paper ballots so that there is a paper trail.

Wow, that ballot is simply atrocious!

I had the opportunity to work for a printing company that got the contract to design the ballot forms in BC.

It was a while ago, that I worked there...I designed the form with the strictest of parameters and measurements.

An awesome experience.

And they were extremely simple to decipher.

There was a name and a circle beside it!

All in a neat row.

White writing (very bold) on a black background, with a white circle.
