CALLED CSC: EXPECT A NEW FORM IN THE MAIL !!!

For those of us who just filed, i call USCIS today. The customer sevrice rep told me that there would be a form sent out regarding the IMBRA thing. She did not tell me how long it will take but said soon. I think i heard her say the new form her being put together this week but i'm not sure i heard her right because she was in so much hurry to get off the phone.

I believe for people who just filed they're petitions. Which means, I am not a very happy camper. You do everything by the book to avoid getting RFE's, and now this #######.

If this is the new form we all have to comply in order for our cases to processed, they´ll have to send it to everyone under IMBRA effects.

I agree, however that won't make my anger any less. I don't see any reason they can't get the information they need off the information that we used on the I-129F's, G-325A, Birth Certificate etc. They have our Social Security numbers, well they have everything basically.

Now we just need more members to confirm this by calling the service centers. We called today but they just said our petition is still not being reviewed ´cus processing dates are March 6th, the usual #######. But maybe someone else calling could see if they´ll mention this form to anyone else and give a good estimate of date. This is the first time USCIS actually said that as opposed to having no idea of what IMBRA is and so forth.

Well, at least it seems they will be sending the new form shortly, so this should be somewhat good news, compared to what some of us suspected. I think they will do the criminal checks themselves, the reason the will send us a new for is for us to authorize them to release our criminal history to our Fiancee's if need be. I don't think they can do that unless we give them authorization.

I hope that is the case. I sure hope they don't ask us to send in a criminal report like our Fiances must do. If that is the case, this could delay some of our petitions for a very long time, as I for one have lived in many different cities,states etc. since I was 16.

I just spoke with Vermont and they still have not received any instructions from Washington and so far no ETA on it.

IMO what's prolly gonna happen is we will all get a form stating our criminal background. We will fill it out, noterize it and send it in. Basicly a RFE.

We need to take this to the thread the captian wants us to post in before this thread gets locked.
