I emailed CSC last week asking if it would be much longer till the NOA2 & they just replied saying 'please allow 45 days to your processing date'. Boo hoo :(

02-04-2006 sent the last bit of information to attorney for I129f

02-11-2006 attorney sent I129f to TSC (package was then forwarded to CSC at some point)

02-16-2006 receipt date according to I797

02-21-2006 receipt date according to USCIS website

02-22-2006 notice date

05-31-2006 travelled to the US for 90 days

05-31-2006 touched

06-20-2006 called USCIS to update Charlie's (petitioner) address

06-20-2006 touched

06-21-2006 touched

08-09-2006 recieved packet 3. Do not know when we were approved as we were not told.

08-14-2006 touched

10-13-2006 sent packet 3 to embassy. Requested interview for February (at the earliest) as I need to finish

uni before I leave the UK

02-12-2007 interview date. But have to change the interview date again due to unforseen circumstances not

allowing me to travel to the States until September 2007. Boo hoo

04-10-2007 interview date! Yippee!!

04-17-2007 Passport arrived with visa! Sooooooo happy!!!!!!!!

That's just their standard reply, meaning 45 days is probably the maximum amount of time it will take.

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

They always give that standard response at the service centers-I wouldn't worry too much.

Yes, but he's already been waiting almost 100 days.... so they're saying another 45 on TOP of the 100 or so days? This seems wacky. O how I wish I'd never left New York State, for no other reason except to be able to use VERMONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :crying:

7/18/06..... TOUCHED AGAIN - JUST SEND MY DAMN NOA2 PUH-LEEEZE!

8/22/06..... After much discussion and tears and anguish, we end our relationship

8/23/06..... NOA2... Great timing, Feds. Kiss my a$$.

9/30/06..... Packet 3 arrives at Sean's parents in London

10/02/06... Sends paperwork back with necessary contents

10/17/06... Notice for further evidence arrives in mail

10/19/06... Evidence gathered, returned to embassy

10/25/05... Notice for medical appointment

11/06/06... Medical Appointment

12/05/06... Notice arrives, interview date 12/21/06

Umm.....I've been waiting over 120 days and still no noa2 for me. So hang in there. It sucks but what else can you do but wait. It's out of our control.

Lifting of Conditions

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)

I must just be in the twilight zone. I've called my congressman and the service center customer service line, and both has denied any knowledge of applications being on hold right now.

I know they are holding applications; i know interviews have been cancelled...but i'm getting six types of stonewalled.

3/20/2006 - Sent in I-129F to TSC

03/27/2006 - NOA1 (from CSC)04/01/2006 - Touched

7/11/2006 - Received, filled out and overnighted RFE back to the CSC

8/17/2006 - NOA2 APPROVED!!!!!!!

8/21/2006 - Received NOA2 via snail mail

9/22/2006 - Found out U.S Consulate in Sydney mailed Packet 3 to my lawyer..IN VIRGINIA..and not my fiance. Argh. Lawyer overnighted information to me.

9/25/2006 - Received packet...got together additional forms to send to fiance in Australia

10/12/2006 - Send packet Express to Australia

10/19/2006 - Package finally arrives at Fiance's door. Argh It's taking forever!

11/29/2006 - K-1 Visa Approved!!!

12/17/2006 - He arrived in the states! I'm in shock!

2/24/2007 - Our Wedding Day!

4/14/2007 - Mailed forms for AOS and EAD

5/24/2007 - Biometrics Interview in New Orleans

6/22/2007 - AOS Approved!!

Ha! I don't think they ever tell you what's really going on. Sad but true.

Oh well, we must be patient folks. Easier said than done! I'm in agony! :(

But, I'm so excited coz tomorrow I'm leaving London to spend 3 months with my love!! I hope to God they let me through :yes:
